Payment Methods
To pay for your order, we accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards (via Redsys). We do not accept COD shipments.
The bank transfer payments must be made within 10 days, otherwise the order will be automatically canceled.
Promotions, Offers and Loyalty Points
The company reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions and offers loyalty points at any time without notice.
The loyalty promotion is finished from November 18, 2019, not giving new points to purchases made from this date.
Product Availability
The stock of the products may not be updated at the time of order. However, in the event of a lack of stock of a requested product, the buyer will be notified by phone or via e-mail. Users can make the decision to continue with the order or cancel it.
Once the user has accepted the item availability and confirm continuing with the order, the product will be order to the factory. The waiting time can vary from 20 to 30 days.
Products on demand or special sizes
The products manufactured expressly under the customer's request, the cancellation will not be accepted during the process of manufacturing or between the time of receipt of the product in our facilities. The manufacturing time may vary depending on the factory and the workload of the same at that time.
Once the user has accepted the availability of the article and confirms the order, the product will be made to the factory to dispose of the requested article as soon as possible.
Product Variation
Although we will do everything possible to ensure that the Product supplied is exactly equal to offer it in their catalog, minor variations may occur due to color variations light or camera flash.
The pictures and images of the items may show accessories and / or components not supplied with the item and previously specified in the product description.
Order Cancellation
The order can be canceled as long as has not been sent yet, do not have enough stock, not on demand article or a custom made item.
You may not request the cancellation of an order already sent, or any compensation in the event of a delay in delivery of the order by Post Spain.
Refunds:
The items offered are supported by numerous collectors and reenactors. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return it within 15 working days from the date of delivery of the shipment. (According to Art. 44 of Law 7/1996 of 15 January, Retail Commerce Act modified by Law 47/2002 of 19 December.)
Shipping charges and collection should be paid by the customer. To obtain this refund, the product must be in original packaging if applicable and in perfect condition. Do not pay any item not arrive in perfect condition.
To make a refund, send us an email prior explaining the causes.
Once we receive the goods and previous verification of status, we will proceed to refund the amount excluding shipping and according to the method of payment by the customer.
Shipments will be made just as delivery, certificate and / or ensuring the value of the items, making us know the tracking number sent. Otherwise, we are not responsible for any loss by the Spanish Postage, you losing all rights to claims.
Exchanges:
We currently accept exchanges only from customers in the European Countries.
Size changes are accepted, if they are not special sizes or custom made clothing. (see below)
Before making any changes, you must contact us in advance by email with your order number and a short description of the item to change.
You are responsible for return postage. We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.
Shipments will be made just as delivery, certificate and / or ensuring the value of the items, making us know the tracking number sent. Otherwise, we are not responsible for any loss by the Spanish Postage, you losing all rights to claims.
We do not accept freight collect shipments.
Special Sizes:
Returns and changes of custom clothing or special sizes ordered by the client are not accepted, such as XXXS, XXS, XXL, XXXL and XXXXL on jackets, trousers, shirts and overcoats.
Clothing and insignia:
Clothes where the user requests insignias sew, it costs € 15 per item, unless the description says it is included in the price.
If you wish to change the size of a clothing with badges, must pay back the cost of sewing.
Never the user must unpick the badges, garments you want to change must be submitted in the same condition and status.
Errors in the goods received:
Failure to receive any of the requested clothing, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you receive some clothes that does not correspond with the order, send us an email indicating the order number and a description of what has received and should have received.
The costs of delivery shall be paid by vouchers or subsequently agreed method.
We will only pay the shipping if the error is ours.
