Shipping Process

REMEMBER, WE ARE NOT AMAZON PRIME.

All of the delivery times shown below are estimates only. While our couriers may try to deliver within these time-frames, it is not guaranteed.

Deliveries may be impacted by issues outside of our control. In these situations, we would ask that you contact us and allow additional time for issues to be resolved.

During busy periods, such as Christmas, you should allow additional time for deliveries to be made.

Our shipping prices are calculated based on the size/weight and destination of your order. You’ll be shown any shipping charges at the checkout before you pay for your order.

Shipping prices are determined by our couriers and are subject to change without notice. However, any changes in shipping prices will not affect existing orders.

If an order is returned to us because you have refused delivery or failed to pay any taxes or duties due, we will issue a refund for the total order cost minus the initial shipping charge, as well as any charges we incur to have the order returned to us. Please note that refunds will not be issued until the parcel has been returned to us.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Wehrmacht.es, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

We are Duty-free Shop. We will remove Spanish tax from orders that are shipped to countries outside of European Community at the checkout stage and ship your order via a duties unpaid method. You will receive a charge from the courier for your order's import tax, duties and handling charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

The countries in the European Community are : Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Spain, France, Croatia, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland , Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland and Sweden.

Returns & Replacements

Shipping charges are not refundable

You have 48 business hours from delivery day to contact Wilden Militaria S.L. to report product damage or failure and request a return/replacement.

Shipping can only be refunded if the return is a result of an error by Wilden Militaria S.L..

Shipping charges and collection should be paid by the customer. To obtain this refund, the product must be in original packaging if applicable and in perfect condition. Do not pay any item not arrive in perfect condition.

To make a refund, send us an email prior explaining the causes.

Once we receive the goods and previous verification of status, we will proceed to refund the amount excluding shipping and according to the method of payment by the customer.
